largest membership. |

We offer 3 Full Day Programs to earn 12 C.E.C. |

All our meetings are centrally located at the New Jersey
Hospital Association, Princeton, New Jersey. |

|
Our fall meeting always include an update of regulations
presented by a representative from the State Health Department. |
|
|
We
maintain an active Liaison Committee who meet bi-annual
with representatives from the Licensing Division of the
State Department of Health. The committee discusses
our members concerns and obtains 1st hand information regarding
Licensing of Long Term Care, Sub-Acute Care, Assisted Living,
Residential Care and Home Health Care Facilities. |

have published our own "Diet Manual For Health
Care Facilities". |

Membership Benefits also include receiving
a tri-annual newsletter "Consultant Communiqué",
Job Networking, A/V In-service Lending Library with topics
in Food Service,
